DIOTTO Woodcock HV hunting and trekking boots

The DIOTTO WOODCOCK HV hunting and trekking boots are designed to offer high visibility and superior performance for big game hunting in hills or mountains, as well as for long hiking trails.

Made of natural water-repellent leather treated with polyurethane, they offer a soft upper that is resistant to scratches from brambles and stones, and makes cleaning easier by preventing mud from sticking.

The Vibram Fourà sole provides excellent grip even on slippery terrain, while the Nubuck leather collar, with special stitching, ensures flexibility and optimal ankle support.

The upper, made from a single piece and featuring a Diotto® patented overlapping fold, allows water to flow off without accumulating inside. They incorporate a rubber side band to absorb impacts and high-visibility rustproof brass pulley hardware.

The WindTex® Pro membrane ensures waterproofing and breathability, and the orange microporous midsole offers excellent cushioning for greater walking comfort.

Care and Maintenance

• Select the appropriate model based on the specific needs of the type of use and the relevant environmental/atmospheric conditions.
• Choose the correct size, preferably with a practical fit test, being careful of nails that can damage the inner sock and therefore the membrane, reducing its waterproofness.
• Do not dry your footwear near or in direct contact with stoves, radiators, direct sunlight, and other heat sources; choose shaded, dry, and ventilated spaces, removing the insole and drying it separately.
• Never leave your shoes in the trunk of your car for long periods during summer days because they could reach very high temperatures that could damage them.
• Clean periodically using soft-bristled brushes, adding a little warm water if necessary in case of heavy dirt; the frequency of the operation should be established in relation to the conditions of use.
• Proceed with periodic treatment using specific products such as Diotto spray (nubuck and suede) and Diotto cream (scratch-resistant, full-grain/oiled).
• Do not use aggressive liquids such as gasoline, alcohol, acids, or solvents, which can compromise the quality, safety, and durability of the footwear.
• Store your footwear, when not in use, in a dry, clean, and ventilated place.
• After use, never place shoes in plastic bags, as over time, with a lack of ventilation and potential stagnation of humidity, mold, fungi, and other microorganisms can form, which irreparably deteriorate the leather of the upper.
• Changes or modifications in environmental conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures or humidity) can significantly reduce the performance of the footwear.
