Dogtrace GPS X20 orange tracker set. A handheld device and collar set to track the dog's position while working in the field. This reference identifies the series and functions of the set; choose the appropriate collar size from the available versions.

Features and operation

• Available in two sizes (Normal and SHORT)
• Normal collar: Ideal for dogs from 30 cm neck circumference.
• SHORT collar: Ideal for dogs from 26 cm neck circumference. The flexible section of the electronics is shorter (9 cm compared to the 13 cm of the normal GPS X20 collar), which allows the strap to be adjusted for smaller dogs.
• Locates 1 to 9 dogs.
• Maximum range 20 km.
• Direct tracking screen for each dog using an arrow showing the direction and exact distance at which they are located.
• COMPASS function: The screen always displays true north so you remain well-oriented at all times.
• WAYPOINT function: Allows you to save points of interest, car location, hunting areas, etc. Each saved point occupies one (collar) channel. Maximum 3 points of interest.
• WOODCOCK (Beeper) function: Alerts us if a dog is on point. When a dog is on point, the receiver beeps or vibrates.
• BOAR function: Activated when a dog moves in circles in the same area.
• FENCE function: Allows us to mark a circular safety perimeter in relation to the handheld device (maximum 2 km). If the dog goes beyond this distance, the handheld beeps to alert us.
• CAR function: Allows the use of the handheld device inside a vehicle.
• The communication interval between each collar and the handheld receiver can be adjusted. We can choose for them to communicate every 3, 6, or 9 seconds. This function is very useful for the equipment to offer the best performance for both woodcock dogs and tracking dogs.
• Handheld and collars are submersible.
• The collar can be easily paired with multiple handhelds at the same time.
• 3-hour recharge time for collars and the receiver handheld.
• Collar and handheld charging connectors have no plugs or slots that could cause problems with mud.
• Battery life of the collars from 40 to 50 hours.

Choosing the collar
