Dogtrace GPS X30-T orange locator kit. A handheld device and collar system for tracking the dog's position during fieldwork. This reference identifies the series and functions of the set; choose the appropriate collar size from the available versions.

Features and operation

• Dogtrace X30-T GPS locator kit for dogs. With training module for coaching function.
• Available in two sizes (regular and SHORT)
• Regular collar: Ideal for dogs with a neck circumference of 30 cm or more.
• SHORT collar: Ideal for dogs with a neck circumference of 26 cm or more. The flexible electronics section is shorter (9 cm compared to the 13 cm of the regular X20 GPS collar), allowing the strap to be adjusted for smaller dogs.
• In addition to the common functions of the X20 GPS, the X30-T model offers more options. It can be used alone with the handheld receiver, via mobile phone (with maps), or both at the same time.
• Features (identical to the X20 model):
• Maximum range 20 km.
• Direct location screen for each dog using an arrow showing the direction and exact distance at which it is located.
• COMPASS function: The screen always shows true north so that you remain well-oriented at all times.
• WAYPOINT function: Allows you to memorize points of interest, car location, hunting areas, etc. Each saved point occupies a collar memory slot. (Up to 13 on the handheld, with each registered location occupying one collar channel; from the app, points of interest or locations can be saved without limits)
• BEEPER function: Alerts us if a dog is on point. When a dog is on point, the handheld receiver beeps or vibrates.
• WILD BOAR function: Activated when a dog moves in circles in the same area.
• FENCE function: Allows us to set a circular safety perimeter in relation to the handheld (maximum 2 km). If the dog exceeds this distance, the handheld beeps to alert us.
• CAR function: Allows use of the handheld inside a car.
• The communication interval between each collar and the handheld receiver can be adjusted. We can choose for them to communicate every 3, 6, or 9 seconds. This function is very useful for the equipment to offer the best performance for both pointing dogs and tracking dogs.
• Handheld and collars are submersible.
• Ideal for dogs with a neck circumference of 30 cm or more.
• The collar can be easily paired with several handhelds at the same time.
• 3-hour recharge time for collars and handheld receiver.
• Collar and handheld charging connectors have no plugs or slots that could cause problems with mud.
• Collar battery life: 40 to 50 hours.
• Handheld receiver battery life: 40 hours.
• Collars with interchangeable straps that allow for color-coding identification.
• The complete kit consists of a handheld with belt clip, collar, USB charging cable, 2 USB connection cables, hanging lanyard for the handheld, nylon protective case for the collar, and a “Dogtrace” carrying bag.

• EXTERNAL HORN: (Available only on X30-B and X30-TB models). Allows for long-distance location. Audible up to 300 meters. Controlled from the handheld or the mobile App.
• TRAINING function – Training Module: (Available only on X30-T and X30-TB models). Allows you to send an electrostatic pulse (15 levels) from the handheld or mobile App.
• LIGHT function: (Available only on X30-T and X30-TB models) The collar's training module includes powerful LEDs for light signaling in the dark.
• Tuning the handheld receiver with another user's (as if it were another collar) to monitor a companion's position.
• Possibility to change frequency to avoid potential interference.

• Additional functions when using the mobile App:
• MAPS: Shows the position of the dogs on the map. We can choose between basic map view or satellite view.
• We can download maps (basic view maps) to use the App in areas without mobile coverage. Quick and easy download from within the App itself.
• It also allows downloading any other type of map that we prefer or that better suits our area or activity (from a computer) and subsequently loading it into the mobile App (MBTiles format).
• TRACK: Records and saves the route of all collars.
• TRAINING: Pulse level configuration and activation. We can manage the training function from both the handheld and the mobile App. Only on X30-T and X30-TB collars.
• LIGHT: Activation of the signal light. Only on X30-T and X30-TB collars.
• BARK DETECTION: The App shows us via an icon if the dog is barking. Furthermore, the time and location of the barking are recorded in track mode.
• FENCE function: Allows you to mark a circular or custom perimeter. By using the App, we can mark an irregular area, whereas with the handheld, the Fence function only allows us to mark a circular perimeter.
• WAYPOINT function. Allows you to save as many points as we want from the app without occupying collar channels, and a maximum of 13 from the handheld, with each one occupying a channel. Points saved in the App can only be viewed from the mobile App and not from the handheld.
