Dogtrace GPS X30-TB orange locator kit. A transmitter and collar set for tracking a dog's position while working in the field. This reference identifies the series and set functions; choose the appropriate collar size from the available versions.

Features and operation

• Dogtrace X30-TB GPS locator for dogs. Features an external beeper for long-distance localization, audible up to 300 meters, and an educational module for training functions.
• Available in two sizes (normal and SHORT).
• Normal collar: Ideal for dogs with a neck circumference of 30 cm or more.
• SHORT collar: Ideal for dogs with a neck circumference of 26 cm or more. The flexible section of the electronics is shorter (9 cm compared to the 13 cm of the normal X20 GPS collar), allowing the strap to be adjusted for smaller dogs.
• In addition to the common functions of the X20 GPS, the X30-TB model offers more options. It can be used only with the receiver handset, via mobile phone (with maps), or both at the same time.
• Features (identical to the X20 model):
• Maximum range 20 km.
• Direct localization screen for each dog using an arrow showing the direction and exact distance at which it is located.
• COMPASS function: The screen always shows true north so that you are correctly oriented at all times.
• WAYPOINT function: Allows you to memorize points of interest, car location, hunting zones, etc. Each saved point occupies a collar memory slot.
• BEEPER function: Alerts you if any dog is on point. When a dog is on point, the receiver handset beeps or vibrates.
• WILD BOAR function: Activated when a dog moves in circles within the same area.
• FENCE function: Allows you to mark a circular safety perimeter in relation to the handset (maximum 2 km). If the dog exceeds this distance, the handset beeps to alert you.
• CAR function: Allows the use of the handset inside a vehicle.
• The communication interval between each collar and the receiver handset can be adjusted. We can choose for them to communicate every 3, 6, or 9 seconds. This feature is very useful so that the device offers the best performance for both woodcock dogs and tracking dogs.
• Handset and collars are waterproof.
• Ideal for dogs from 30 cm neck circumference.
• The collar can be easily paired with several handsets at the same time.
• 3-hour recharge time for collars and receiver handset.
• Collar and handset charging connectors without caps or slots that could cause problems with mud.
• Collar battery life: 40 to 50 hours.
• Receiver handset battery life: 40 hours.
• Collars with interchangeable straps that allow them to be identified by color.
• The complete set includes the handset, collar, USB charging cable, protective nylon case for the collar, and a “Dogtrace” carrying bag.

• Internal acoustic tone for close-range collar localization, audible up to about 20 meters. Incorporated into all X30 collar models. Controlled from the handset or mobile App.
• Acoustic tone for recall: Allows a soft internal tone to be emitted from the handset or mobile App to call the dog. Incorporated into all X30 collar models.
• EXTERNAL BEEPER: (Available only on X30-B and X30-TB models). Allows for long-distance localization. Audible up to 300 meters. Controlled from the handset or mobile App.
• TRAINING function – Educational Module: (Available only on X30-T and X30-TB models). Allows an electrostatic pulse (15 levels) to be sent from the handset or mobile App.
• LIGHT function: (Available only on X30-T and X30-TB models) The collar's training module includes powerful LEDs for light signaling in the dark.
• Tuning the receiver handset with another user's (as if it were another collar) to monitor a companion's position.
• Possibility to change the frequency in case of interference.

• Additional functions when using the mobile App:
• MAPS: Shows the position of the dogs on the map. We can choose between basic map view or satellite view.
• We can download maps (basic view maps) to use the App in areas without mobile coverage. Downloaded quickly and easily from the App itself.
• It also allows you to download any other type of map you prefer or that fits your area or activity better (from the computer) and subsequently load it into the mobile App (MBTiles format).
• TRACK: Records and saves the route of all collars.
• TRAINING: Level configuration and pulse activation. We can manage the training function from both the handset and the mobile App. Only on X30-T / X30-TB collars.
• LIGHT: Activation of the signaling light. Only on X30-T / X30-TB collars.
• BARK DETECTION: The App shows us via an icon if the dog is barking. Additionally, the time and place of the barks are recorded in track mode.
• FENCE function: Allows you to mark a circular or custom perimeter. When using the App, we can mark an irregular zone, whereas with the handset, the Fence function only allows us to mark a circular perimeter.
• WAYPOINT function. Allows you to record as many points as you want. Does not occupy collar memory. These recorded points can only be viewed from the mobile App and not from the handset.

• *** This app is downloaded and installed from the watch itself and linked to the mobile phone. Compatible models: AppleWatch (linked to iPhone) and SmartWatch with WEAR OS operating system (linked to mobile with Android operating system).
