Browning 825 Sporter Adjustable Trap Forearm Over-Under Shotgun 12 Ga.
Caliber
Canyon
The Browning 825 Sporter Adjustable Trap Forearm 12M is an over-under shotgun designed for sport shooters seeking precision and adaptability. Its modern and elegant design is complemented by advanced technical features that offer superior performance on the shooting range.
Key features
Receiver design
The Browning 825 receiver features modern, defined lines. It is machined from steel and protected with a durable silver nitride finish, improving wear resistance, increasing fatigue strength, and offering protection against corrosion.
Fire Lite 2 Trigger
The refined Fire Lite 2 trigger has a mechanical design, allowing for immediate availability of the second shot without relying on recoil. This precision design also provides a trigger pull with less travel, a crisper break, and less overtravel.
Hammer ejector
Hammer ejectors ensure reliable cartridge ejection. Full cartridges are lifted for easy extraction.
Back-bored barrel
The Back-bored barrel offers three main benefits: increased velocity and penetration, improved shot dispersion, and reduced recoil.
Reliable locking system
The low-profile design of the Browning 825 shotgun eschews competing trunnion hinge designs in favor of a modified version of the proven full-width, transverse-mounted tapered locking bolt and full-width hinge pin design, providing maximum strength and longevity while self-adjusting for wear to maintain secure receiver lock-up.
Recoil surface
Oversized surfaces offer incomparable service life.
Features
Invector DS Pro Chokes
Longer Invector DS Pro chokes allow for maximum performance from the Browning 825. They compress against the barrel walls to protect threads and ensure easy installation and removal, even after intensive use. Invector DS Pro chokes are equipped on the sporting versions of the Browning 825 and extend beyond the muzzle to further optimize the shotgun's ballistic performance.
Triple Trigger System
Present on the Sporting and Pro models, the triple trigger system offers three adjustment positions to fine-tune the distance between the finger and the trigger. Three interchangeable trigger shoes are included to customize the feel for each shooter.
Pro Balance System
Browning 825 Pro models include the Pro Balance system, which allows the shooter to add or remove weights from both the stock and the barrel, fine-tuning the balance point for perfect mounting and swinging. These weights are available as accessories on sporting models.
Adjustable stock
The Pro Fit adjustment system allows the stock to be positioned exactly where it is needed and the adjustment screw to be used to modify drop and cast. Easily visible marks remove the guesswork when adjusting or reinstalling the stock after removal.
Interchangeable Pachmayr recoil pads
The 825 Pro range is supplied with interchangeable 15mm or 25mm recoil pads. This allows the stock length to be easily adapted.
