The pistol grip and forearm are overmolded, which improves the weapon's gripping surfaces while subtly emphasizing its pleasing lines. During the manufacturing of a B525, the weapon passes from one gunsmith to another to be finished entirely by hand, thanks to the expertise acquired over many years by each of the gunsmiths.

The fitting of the important parts (barrel, action, forend) is done by hand using traditional methods (with red ochre) to make the Browning B525 the benchmark in shotguns.
