During the manufacturing of a B525, the weapon passes from one gunsmith to another to be finished entirely by hand, thanks to the experience acquired over many years by each of the gunsmiths.

It is the only shotgun on the market at this price level that is hand-fitted during production to such a high level of performance, making each shotgun truly unique. The fitting of important parts (barrel, receiver, forend) is carried out by hand using traditional methods (with red ochre) to make the Browning B525 the benchmark for shotguns.

Back-Bored Barrel

The Back-bored™ barrel principle consists of increasing the diameter of the barrel bore and lengthening the forcing cone, which provides three advantages: an increase in velocity, better penetration/patterning of the shot, and a reduction in recoil.
