RCBS hand neck turning tool
The RCBS manual neck turning tool is designed to peel brass from the outside of a case neck to a uniform thickness. This step is important because most commercially available brass has variations in neck thickness. This variation can cause neck concentricity issues and bullet runout. Turning the case neck with this manual neck tool provides more consistent and accurate handloaded ammunition. The cutter portion uses caliber-specific pilots (sold separately) to guide the case neck. The cutter design allows the user to zero the cutter to the pilot and then use the micrometer adjustment to dial in the desired case neck thickness in 0.0005-inch increments. The cutter can also be set up for right- or left-hand use.
Features:
- Adjustable in 0.0005-inch increments.
- Ambidextrous for right- or left-handed users.
- Caliber-specific pilots (sold separately).
- Innovative cutter design that can zero the cutter to the pilot/mandrel and then adjust to the desired neck thickness
