RCBS X-Die 2-Die Set

In the reloading process, the most critical elements are the press and the dies. RCBS manufactures the best dies in the world. The basic function of the dies is to resize the case and seat the bullet.

This 2-die set is designed for reloading bottleneck cartridges and consists of a full-length resizing die with an expander-decapping unit and a seating die with a bullet seating plug. The RCBS X-Die resizing die is designed to be used on any RCBS single-stage press with a removable die bushing and functions as both a resizing and decapping die. This full-length resizing die brings the case to minimum SAAMI cartridge dimensions. It sizes the exterior of the case, decaps, and expands the neck to seat the bullet. The die has vents to prevent case damage caused by trapped air and excess lubricant. Headspace is maintained to minimum tolerances to avoid changing the case body length during full-length resizing. The included bullet seating die has a built-in roll crimp to secure the bullet at the same time it is seated.
