Range and precision at long distances play a fundamental role in night hunting in open terrain. The ZEISS DTC 3/38 covers a larger area, has a field of view of 12.3 meters at 100 meters, and features a click value of 1.6 cm at 100 meters for exact zeroing and highly precise, ethical shots.
To attach any of the Zeiss DTC 3 models to your riflescope, a two-piece adapter (ring + adapter) is required, which allows for quick and easy mounting and removal of the thermal monocular. The bayonet mount allows for a quick change without any point-of-impact shift.

The central location of the focus turret on the top of the thermal clip-on device facilitates access and precise focusing. The ErgoControl operating concept features an intelligent cross-shaped button layout, making the device even easier to use—for both left- and right-handed users, even when wearing gloves.

To ensure that the riflescope, thermal clip-on device, and rifle are perfectly aligned with each other, it is essential that the setup is zeroed precisely. The ZEISS DTCs are equipped with a digital zeroing assistant. It is simple to operate via the ZEISS Hunting app and makes zeroing faster, easier, and even more precise.
A large number of customizable settings
The ZEISS DTC 3 can be connected to the ZEISS Hunting app via Bluetooth so that you can adjust the device settings to your needs. Especially practical: once the combination of the ZEISS DTC 3 and the riflescope has been zeroed, you can save the configuration as a profile in the app and easily switch the thermal clip-on device from one riflescope to another. Four shooting profiles ensure impressive flexibility.
Always ready
Sometimes hunting success requires patience. With a battery life of 10 hours in continuous use, the ZEISS DTC 3/25 and 3/38 offer a practically endless range of possibilities. The integrated angle sensor automatically detects the exact position of the device and activates sleep mode at a lateral tilt of 45° and at a downward or upward tilt of 70°. Additionally, sleep mode can be deactivated by briefly pressing the power button.
Two models for all hunting situations
The ZEISS DTC 3/38 is particularly suitable for hunting in open fields and at long distances thanks to its detection range of up to 1,950 meters and a field of view of 12.3 meters at 100 meters. For hunting in wooded areas or on the move, the ZEISS DTC 3/25, with a field of view of 18.4 meters at 100 meters, ensures a perfect overview at short distances and incredible detail recognition. The ZEISS DTC 3/25 is the perfect choice when you need to react quickly.
Two-piece ZEISS adapter
To mount the ZEISS DTC to your riflescope, an adapter is required. The two-piece ZEISS adapter offers you the latest technology and allows for quick and easy mounting and removal of the thermal clip-on device. In combination with the DTC's zeroing profiles, the ZEISS adapter can be used on up to 4 different riflescopes. The bayonet mount allows for a quick change without any point-of-impact shift.
