The ThermTec Cyclone 315 is a compact and lightweight thermal monocular designed for short-range observation in hunting, wildlife control, surveillance, and outdoor activities. It features a 384x288 pixel thermal sensor, 12 μm pixel pitch, and NETD <20 mK thermal sensitivity, offering a defined image even when there is little temperature difference between the target and the surroundings.
Its 15 mm F1.0 lens provides a wide field of view of 17.5° x 13.1°, equivalent to 30.7 x 23 meters at 100 meters. This configuration facilitates the rapid location of animals and heat sources in enclosed areas, forests, dense vegetation, or at close range. Its 1.4x optical magnification, combined with up to 4x digital zoom, allows for adapting the image to any situation.
The Cyclone 315 stands out especially for its small size and weight of only 255 g without battery. Its ergonomic design allows it to be used comfortably with one hand, by both right- and left-handed users. Furthermore, it incorporates an AMOLED display, photo, video, and audio recording, 32 GB internal memory, AI-based distance estimation, and connection with the ThermTec Outdoor app.
Power supply via a replaceable 18650 battery offers up to 10 hours of battery life per unit. Including two batteries allows for up to 20 hours of combined use, although actual duration may vary depending on temperature and the use of functions such as Wi-Fi, recording, or distance measurement.

The 384x288 pixel, 12 μm thermal detector provides a clear and stable image, suitable for identifying animals and other heat sources in complete darkness.
High thermal sensitivity
Its NETD <20 mK sensitivity allows for distinguishing small temperature differences, improving contour definition in humid environments, fog, or low thermal contrast.
15 mm lens for short distances
The 15 mm F1.0 lens offers a wide field of view, especially useful for quickly locating targets in wooded areas, enclosed terrain, and close-range observations.
Detection up to 750 meters
The ThermTec Cyclone 315 reaches a detection distance of up to 750 meters, offering balanced performance for short and medium-range observations.
High-resolution AMOLED display
The 0.39-inch, 1024x768 pixel AMOLED display provides fluid, sharp, and comfortable viewing for extended periods.
AI distance estimation
The distance measurement function uses artificial intelligence to simultaneously estimate the distance of different heat sources. This system does not use an LRF laser rangefinder.
Intelligent calibration
ThermTec's calibration and image processing algorithms analyze environmental conditions to maintain a stable and defined thermal image.
Quick start in three seconds
The system is ready to begin observation approximately three seconds after turning on the device, avoiding missing unexpected situations.
Up to 20 hours with two batteries
Each 18650 battery offers up to 10 hours of operation. The two included batteries extend the combined autonomy to approximately 20 hours.
Compact and lightweight design
At only 255 g without battery and dimensions of 139 x 76 x 54 mm, it can be carried comfortably in a pocket, backpack, or hunting bag.
