EAW launched the pivot mount on the market over 50 years ago. Its multiple advantages have made it the most popular type of mount, used even by other manufacturers. EAW pivot mounts and lever-operated pivot mounts have been designed to always guarantee absolute weapon precision, even under the heaviest loads.

- The height and eye relief of the mount can be freely adjusted.
- The telescopic sight can be easily removed and replaced with one hand, as the rear foot of the pivot mount engages independently in the small locks.
- The adjustment of the front and rear foot can be regulated and readjusted.
- The larger cross-sectional area of the front foot (approx. 3 times larger compared to the hook mount) prevents tilting and guarantees resistance to firing even with large calibers.
- Horizontal adjustment via EAW pull-down support.
- Vertical adjustment via simple replacement of the lower part of the rear foot in 0.5 mm increments.
- Vertical tolerance compensation in the event of any tolerances present in the weapon via the adjustable front foot.
- The point of impact remains in place thanks to the absolute freedom of tension of the telescopic sight even after multiple mountings and dismountings.
