Springfield Armory Hellcat Micro Compact 3" semi-automatic pistol
Caliber
Canyon
The Springfield Armory Hellcat Micro Compact FDE 3” is a 9mm micro-compact semi-automatic pistol designed for users seeking a very lightweight, slim, and maneuverable platform within the Hellcat range. Its 3-inch (76.2 mm) barrel, width of only 1” (25.4 mm), and 11 and 13-round magazine capacity make it a compact, balanced, and easy-to-handle option among small-frame handguns.
This version stands out for its Desert FDE finish, combining an FDE polymer frame with a slide finished in Cerakote® Desert FDE. The hammer-forged steel barrel with a Melonite® finish provides strength and durability, while the slide design incorporates top serrations to improve the gripping surface.
The Hellcat Micro Compact FDE 3” is equipped with a U-Notch sight system, featuring a tritium/luminescent front dot and a Tactical Rack U-Notch rear sight. Furthermore, it features an integrated rail, a Gen 2 trigger, a reversible magazine release, and a loaded chamber indicator, offering a complete configuration in a micro-compact format.
Compared to the 3.7” Hellcat Pro OSP versions, this model is smaller and aimed at those who prioritize a more contained footprint. It also differs from the 3.8” Hellcat OSP TB CC versions, as this model features a standard 3” barrel and is not identified as OSP, TB, or Comp.
