The B Vision BTF ED binoculars are designed for those seeking optical quality and reliability in nature observation, hunting, and outdoor activities. Available in two versions: 8x42 and 10x42, they incorporate ED (Extra-low Dispersion) lenses that reduce chromatic aberration, BAK-4 roof prisms for maximum light transmission, and full multi-coating (FMC) that provides sharper, brighter, and color-accurate images even in low-light conditions.
Both models share a solid construction with a magnesium alloy body that combines strength and lightness, non-slip rubber coating, nitrogen filling, and IPX7 sealing, which ensures waterproofing and prevents internal fogging. The central focus wheel allows for quick and precise adjustments, and the ±3 diopter adjustment customizes the view. The twist-up eyecups offer comfort for both users with and without glasses.
Regarding optical performance, the 8x42 model offers 8x magnification, a field of view of 142 m at 1000 m, a 5.2 mm exit pupil, and an 18.33 twilight factor, ideal for general use and observations in low-light environments. The 10x42 model provides 10x magnification, a field of view of 116 m at 1000 m, a 4.14 mm exit pupil, and a 20.49 twilight factor, giving it greater zoom for long distances. Their weights are approximately 780 g for the 8x42 and 695 g for the 10x42, with dimensions of 145 x 129 x 53 mm.
