More than a century of experience in optical design, microscopes, and cameras is the foundation upon which Leica has created a new generation of binoculars: the Noctivid.
Leica Noctivid binoculars are compact in size, stylish, and elegant, yet strong and durable. Ideal for any area of life, the new Leica NOCTIVID binoculars set new standards based on their design alone. The binocular tubes can be easily gripped with one hand and, thanks to their short length, the weight is centered in the palm, allowing for fatigue-free observation.
The rubber armor offers an optimal grip, absorbs impacts, prevents slipping, and at the same time, gives the binoculars a superb tactile feel. The patented surface coating with a hardness grade of 8 offers additional protection for all exposed metal surfaces of the magnesium body.
However, the real difference is made by the mechanical and optical designs of the new Leica binocular family. They bring together the best of the latest and most innovative technologies to create a new symbol of excellence.
SCHOTT HT™ (High Transmission) glass, already used in the optical design of the Leica Ultravid HD-Plus, guarantees incredibly brilliant colors and high light transmission.
Innovative baffle systems for the elimination of stray light guarantee optimal reduction of reflections and maximum contrast.
Main features of the Noctivid 8x42 binocular model:
Images with incredible depth and plasticity thanks to a large exit pupil and optimal contrast levels.
High-stability viewing image thanks to the wide field of view and perfect ergonomics.
Natural vision thanks to extraordinary color neutrality.
Wide field of view for unobstructed observations at short distances and maximum viewing performance at long distances.
Main features of the Noctivid 10x42 binocular model:
Focus on the smallest details thanks to 10x magnification
Flare suppression and maximum contrast allow you to observe even the smallest structures in adverse conditions
Comfortable and relaxed observations thanks to a compact structure and ideal weight distribution
