The ZEISS Terra ED Compact are designed for those seeking the perfect combination of portability, light weight, and optical performance. With ED lenses that improve definition, multi-layer coatings that increase light transmission, and an extremely compact body, these binoculars are ideal for nature observation, excursions, light hunting, and daily use. They are available in three colors and in two magnifications: 8×32 and 10×32.
Key features
High-definition ED lenses
Extra-low dispersion lenses reduce chromatic aberration and allow for sharper images, with greater contrast and faithful color representation in any lighting condition.
Multi-layer coatings and hydrophobic treatment
The optical system is treated with multi-layer coatings that increase light transmission. The outer hydrophobic coating prevents water and moisture from adhering to the lenses, improving vision during light rain or in humid environments.
Ultra-compact and lightweight design
Thanks to their reduced dimensions and restrained weight, the Terra ED Compact are very comfortable to carry. Their size allows them to be easily carried in a backpack, on a belt, or even in a large pocket, without sacrificing the optical quality characteristic of ZEISS.
Fast focus and simple operation
The focus wheel offers precise and fast adjustment, allowing for targeting at different distances without delay. It is ideal for observing moving wildlife or sudden changes in landscape.
Available in three colors
The Terra ED Compact range is sold in three finishes: black, olive green, and dark gray. This variety allows you to choose the style that best fits the user or the environment in which they are used.
Robust construction and ready for the outdoors
They are sealed against dust and moisture, and incorporate nitrogen filling that prevents internal fogging. Their resistance and thermal stability allow for reliable use in adverse weather conditions.
