The heavy varmint barrel features a Tungsten Cerakote coating, the stock is upgraded with Roughtech material, and a two-stage trigger is standard for this rifle. Accessories are included as standard. The two-stage trigger, Picatinny rail, fluted bolt, oversized bolt knob, wider forend, vertical pistol grip, and adjustable cheek piece are included as standard. You will have a wide range of adjustable features that will help you clear pests from the field.

The Tungsten Cerakote coating resists abrasion and corrosion and keeps scratches away. Furthermore, the surface treatment is very fine. The barrel action is also treated with this coating.

There are 12 different caliber options, from regular varmint calibers to magnum calibers. The stock is equipped with Roughtech features, and the wider forend gives you support when shooting from a rest.

Cold hammer forging produces precise and durable barrels. During cold hammer forging, Tikka barrels are hammered from all sides against the mandrel inside the barrel, transferring the mirror image of the rifling machined on the mandrel surface. The cold-hammer-forged barrel gives you out-of-the-box accuracy without the need to break in the rifle. Extremely rigid action made of hardened steel with a two-lug T3x bolt.

The bolt features a spring-loaded plunger ejector and a removable bolt handle, with a 70° opening angle that leaves plenty of room to operate the bolt.

In every shooting situation, the rifle always moves slightly, especially when the trigger is pulled. That is why it is critical that the rifle trigger is manufactured to very strict tolerances.

The minimal lock time of the rifle trigger decreases the time between trigger engagement, trigger break, and firing pin impact on the primer. This results in excellent rifle trigger control and increased potential for precision.
