The FastFire III is Burris' best-selling red dot sight. It is available with a 3 MOA or 8 MOA dot.
Lightweight and rugged, the FastFire III series puts an unmistakable, bright red dot on your target to give you an immediate speed and accuracy advantage. It can be used as a primary sight or paired on top of an existing sight.

-The automatic brightness sensor adjusts brightness to match environmental conditions; it also has 3 manual brightness settings.
Battery access is conveniently located on the top of the sight; the automatic timeout feature after 8 hours helps the battery last up to 5 years. Available with a Picatinny/Weaver mount for mounting on rifles, handguns, and tactical shotguns.
DOT SIZE:
Generally speaking, the 8 MOA dot is more popular for short-range shooters, especially with handguns or shotguns. The larger dot makes target acquisition faster.
The 3 MOA dot is the most popular for rifles, or anyone desiring greater accuracy, as the smaller dot covers much less of the overall target area.
TECHNICAL NOTES:
The FastFire III will work easily with the Glock MOS system. Click here for instructions.
The FastFire III will work with virtually all "optic-ready" pistols. However, the mounting screws supplied by Burris may not be the correct length for every handgun. Please contact the firearm manufacturer for the specific screw lengths needed for correct mounting.
