The Burris FastFire 4 is a compact and versatile red dot sight, designed to improve accuracy and speed in target acquisition across various weapon platforms, from pistols to shotguns.
This sight offers four interchangeable reticle options, allowing the user to select the most appropriate one according to the shooting situation:
-
3 MOA Dot: Ideal for long-range shots, as the smaller dot does not obstruct the view of the target.
-
11 MOA Dot: Larger and easier to see in any lighting condition, suitable for turkey hunting or shotgun use at close range.
-
11 MOA Dot with Circle: Recommended for self-defense weapons or short-range shooting situations.
-
3 MOA Dot with Circle and Wings: Offers a balance for medium-range shots; the circle and wings naturally direct the eye toward the target for faster acquisition.
The FastFire 4 features a wider viewing window for faster target acquisition and a brighter aiming dot. Its battery has a long life of up to 26,000 hours at medium brightness and includes an automatic shut-off feature after 8 hours to conserve energy. Additionally, it has an automatic brightness sensor that adjusts the intensity of the dot based on ambient light conditions, complemented by three manual brightness levels. Optionally, a screw-on protective cover can be added to protect the sight against dust and debris, turning it into a fully enclosed red dot sight.
