Its large-diameter front lens, a highly effective entrance pupil at mid-range magnifications, and an incredible transmission value of nearly 92% ensure optimal identification right down to the last minutes of light. With a maximum magnification of 16x, it is also perfect for ensuring precision in long-range shots. Together with the extraordinary Leica shutter system, its high transmission properties guarantee more light in any circumstance, especially when using low magnification factors. Stray light and vignetting are significantly improved, as are contrasts. This, combined with high magnification factors, guarantees reliable identification from short distances to precise long-range shots.
