The Nightforce Precision Benchrest 12-42x56 is a second focal plane riflescope developed for high-precision sport shooting, Benchrest, F-Class, and disciplines where high magnification optics, extremely fine adjustments, and a clean image are required to work on small targets at long range.
Its 12-42x magnification range allows for observing the target with a great level of detail, facilitating impact reading and precise correction in competition. The 56 mm objective promotes good light intake, while the 30 mm central tube maintains a balanced configuration compatible with a wide variety of mounts.
This model incorporates capped, finger-adjustable turrets with a click value of 0.125 MOA, equivalent to 1/8 MOA. This configuration allows for very fine elevation and windage corrections, which is especially important in precision disciplines where small adjustments can make the difference.
The reticle is located in the second focal plane, so it maintains the same visual size when changing magnification. Additionally, it features analog illumination, a useful feature for improving reticle visibility in certain lighting conditions.
