The Nightforce Precision Benchrest 8-32x56 NP-R2 is a second focal plane riflescope developed for precision sport shooting, Benchrest, F-Class, and disciplines where high-magnification optics, very fine adjustments, and a clear image are required for working on small targets at long distances.
Its 8-32x magnification range allows for observing the target with a high level of detail, offering a configuration especially suitable for competition and precision. The 56 mm objective lens promotes good light entry, while the 30 mm main tube maintains a balanced structure compatible with a wide variety of mounts.
This model incorporates capped, finger-adjustable turrets with a click value of 0.125 MOA, equivalent to 1/8 MOA. This fine regulation allows for highly precise elevation and windage corrections, which is fundamental in disciplines where small variations can make the difference.
The NP-R2™ reticle is located in the second focal plane, so it maintains the same visual size throughout the magnification range. Its design offers clean MOA references, with marks intended to facilitate elevation and windage compensations while maintaining a clear image of the target.
Additionally, it features analog illumination, parallax adjustment from 25 yards / 23 meters to infinity, and a robust construction oriented toward users seeking repeatability, precision, and reliability in high-demand sport shooting.
Key Features
8-32x magnification range
The 8-32x range offers high observational capacity, allowing for detailed work on small targets and long distances.
Second focal plane
The reticle maintains the same visual size when changing magnification, offering a constant and comfortable reference for precision sport shooting.
56 mm objective
The 56 mm front lens helps maintain a clear and bright image, especially useful when working with high magnification.
NP-R2™ reticle
The NP-R2™ reticle offers a fine and precise design with MOA references, suitable for drop and windage compensations and target reading in long-range applications.
1/8 MOA adjustments
The turrets offer 0.125 MOA clicks, allowing for extremely fine corrections in elevation and windage.
Capped, finger-adjustable turrets
The protected turret design reduces the risk of accidental movement while maintaining comfortable and precise regulation.
Parallax adjustment from 23 meters
Parallax adjustment allows for focusing from 25 yards / 23 meters to infinity, adapting sharpness to different shooting distances.
Analog illumination
The reticle, illuminated with an Analog system, improves reference visibility in certain light conditions or against dark backgrounds.
Benchrest-oriented design
Its combination of high magnification, fine clicks, precise reticle, and adjustable parallax makes it a specialized optic for Benchrest, F-Class, and precision sport shooting.
